About me

My journey with movement began at the age of three, when I started studying ballet. At 14, I joined the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London, where I trained full-time as a dancer and discovered that ballet was not only my strength, but also my foundatio

Alongside our daily ballet classes, we practiced Pilates twice a week - something that was still relatively niche at the time, long before it became the go-to workout it is today. I instantly felt the benefits: my posture improved, my core grew stronger, and the constant aches in my body began to ease. It was then that my love for Pilates truly began.

After experiencing the struggles of the performing arts industry, I decided to explore a new path and began working in the City as an Executive Assistant. While I enjoyed the fast-paced environment, I found myself constantly looking forward to my lunchtime Pilates or reformer class I had booked each day. Eventually, I trained as a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor with the goal of teaching alongside my full-time job.

Like many, the pandemic gave me time to reflect. I realised I wanted more than just helping others achieve their goals. I wanted to set and chase my own. I started teaching classes from a small private studio in my hometown, fitting sessions around my day job. The hours were long, but I loved every minute and within a short time, I had a waiting list of over 60 clients.

That’s when I knew it was time to take the leap.

Shape was born, and I’ve never looked back. The studio has not only grown into a thriving business but also allowed me to embrace a lifestyle that feels aligned with my values. I genuinely love helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident and it’s a privilege to witness the incredible progress my clients make.

After a short time living in Dubai, I had the incredible opportunity to work at Platform Studios, an experience I’ll always be grateful for. Being part of such a dynamic team taught me so much. It was inspiring to work alongside other talented trainers and see how each of us brought our own unique style and interpretation to Pilates. That time truly shaped the way I teach today.

Shape is always evolving, and I’m so excited to introduce the brand-new Shape App!
What started as a simple online platform has now grown into a full app making it even easier for you to access Pilates anytime, anywhere, on your own terms.

Since becoming a mum, I know how tough it can be to juggle everything and still make space for yourself. That’s exactly why I created this app- to make movement feel realistic, flexible, and empowering. Even if it’s just 10 minutes in your pyjamas, it still counts. No pressure, just time for you.
