Pregnancy Pilates

Pilates including Reformer Pilates in pregnancy is a great way to workout safely, retain muscle and keep active.

Pilates in pregnancy also helps condition your body for childbirth and postpartum recovery. I am excited to share my prenatal workouts on Shape Online which include; lots of pelvic floor strengthening exercises and deep breathing techniques which help reduce pregnancy aches and pains and increases core strength.
